UPDATE: Service Project for Sat, June 3 Time Change! Wednesday, May 31 2006

We will be working at the Alum Creek Dog Park from 8-9:30 (not 9:30-10:30 as originally noted.) They need us to get the treat bags together before the event begins. This should also work better for those boys, like my son, who have a baseball game later on Sat. morning.

I hope you can make it! Please let me know if you can, so I can give the coordinators of the event an idea of how many of us to expect. You can email me at b_l_black@yahoo.com. Thanks!

Sat, June 3 - Service Project Tuesday, May 30 2006

Please join us on Sat, June 3 from 9:30 to 10:30 at the Alum Creek Dog Park Opening Celebration. The boys will be passing out treats to both people and dogs and doing other odd jobs. Thanks to Steve Nasdeo for suggesting this service project.

Boys should come in uniform - the Pack t-shirt counts! We will meet at the Dog Park.

The Alum Creek Dog Park is off of Hollenbeck Rd in Lewis Center. Here are the directions from their website:

From the Polaris Parkway exit from 71 heading north, take Polaris Parkway heading west (turn left from the exit ramp) to Old State Rd.. Take Old State north (turn right) to Hollenback Rd.. Take Hollenback Rd. east (turn right) and look for the Alum Creek Dog park on the left just past the boat storage area and before you get to the Marina.
