Seeking Popcorn Kernel Thursday, Aug 6 2009

We need a volunteer to be the Popcorn Kernel this year.  It is a fun job and all of the work is completed in the first few months of the school year.  Pete Boriin can assist you if needed.

The Buckeye District Popcorn Kickoff Meeting will be August 18 at Northwest Christian Church, 1340 Fishinger Rd (the church just west of the Roundtable meeting church) at 7:00 PM.

Pride Day August 15 Wednesday, Aug 5 2009

Please join us for Wilson Hill Pride Day on August 15 for our annual service project to clean up the school grounds.  Work begins at 9:00 and continues all morning (and sometimes into the afternoon).

Adult/Leader Planning Meeting Aug 16 Wednesday, Aug 5 2009

Please plan to join us for our next parents/adults/ leaders meeting on Sunday, August 16th at 1 PM at Wilson Hill Park Picnic shelter area.  We will begin/continue planning for the upcoming year.

Some agenda items:

- Pack meeting schedule

- Popcorn sale details

- Pack leadership

- 2010 Campout in May at Ross County Fairgrounds – Council wide event

- New leaders for this year

- We have a Boy Scout who wants to be a Den Chief – any dens in need of one?

- Budget update

- Summer Camp review

Also, everyone is invited to the Buckeye District Roundtable which is held the first Thursday of each month.  The next one
